At TCR Property Management, we strive to accommodate all our tenants and to ensure that their tenure in one of our managed homes or duplexes is a pleasant and stress-free experience. First and foremost, prior to a tenant taking occupancy, we make sure  that the owner has made any needed repairs and all appliances and systems are in good working order. After taking occupancy, we make owner's aware that it is their responsibility to make and pay for any repairs due to normal wear and tear, within a reasonable amount of time, except in the case of an emergency. In addition, our owners are aware that they can never discriminate and will always provide written notice to all tenants when ownership of the property is transferred to a new landlord.
